Nausea start after a few weeks?

Okay this is probably super weird, but I didn’t have any horrible side effects when I first start Zoloft, but I just am now on week 6 and all day have been feeling sooooo nauseous. I also had a pretty bad vertigo type episode in the middle of the night that made me sweat so bad I was dripping sweat and almost threw up. Now it’s the middle of the day and I just feel super nauseous. Did this happen to anyone else? I’m just trying to narrow down as to why I’d feel this way. 26F. Thanks. My health anxiety won’t let me relax 😂
