Does anyone know what this could be? I feel stomach burning as well and then it feels like it bubbles and makes crazy noises, this is when pressing down on it

Does anyone know what could cause this? Have rib pain in my front and back, got a chest X-ray and it showed clear, doctor said he saw no issues. it’s my left rib cage
