Is this a swollen lymph node? Does anyone know? Only on my left side

Does anyone know what this could be? Only on my left side, is it a swollen lymph node? What could this be, causes pain when turning head once in a while, been here for months

Is this a swollen lymph node? Had blood work done that showed nothing, Is only on my left side as well and does hurt a bit if I stretch my head out

Does anyone know what could cause this? Have rib pain in my front and back, got a chest X-ray and it showed clear, doctor said he saw no issues. it’s my left rib cage
