76mm guns are okay for the corvettes and (maybe) for the frigates. But each time I see the puny 3-inch gun on a large Soviet destroyer or even cruiser - it blows my mind. Why, WHY did they make this?.. It just makes any engagemend vs. 5-inch guns (meaning "vs. pretty anythig") literally unwinnable
