Any idea what could be causing this high idle/rev hang thing? Has a brand new carb on it and it still didn’t fix the problem. Please I’m out of ideas…
Recently was given this Vespa that apparently was dropped and then wouldn’t start before sitting for 2 years. Replaced the ignition switch and battery but still has no power at all. Any ideas what I should try next?
